Rochelle is the largest city in scenic Ogle County, conveniently located off the intersection of Interstates 88 and 39 and Illinois Routes 251 and 38. Due to our location in Northern Illinois and the easy access from the north, east, south, and west, Rochelle is known as the Hub City. Rochelle is an ideal location for business and residents alike. Our population is approximately 9,500 people and the County (Ogle) is about 50,500. Rochelle has many things to offer both prospective residents and current citizens. We have a wide variety of city services, wonderful parks and recreational facilities as well as excellent schools and businesses to serve the entire area.
