Within the guidelines of Illinois State Statutes, The Rochelle Area Chamber of Commerce & Business Development and The Greater Rochelle Economic Development Corporation (GREDCO) administer and recommend to the City of Rochelle economic development incentives that are sure to attract new industry. These incentives include, but are not limited to, real estate tax abatement programs which are customized to each development.
