It is the goal of the DRA to revitalize our historic downtown district , and to promote growth and expansion of all Rochelle businesses, through organization, promotion, and coordination within our membership. The DRA, working together with governmental, local committees, the tourism board and the Lincoln Highway Coalition, intends to actively pursue opportunities for continually improving specialty shopping, dining, entertainment, business activity, and community services.
